GitHub Integration
When you connect your GitHub account, we collect:
- GitHub username
- GitHub access tokens (encrypted at rest)
- Repository information for connected projects
We only access repositories you explicitly authorize and use this access solely to create pull requests on your behalf.
Usage Data
When you use our Chrome extension and dashboard, we collect:
- Page URLs where you create annotations (only on authorized domains)
- Annotation data (drawings, comments, and instructions you provide)
- DOM snapshots of annotated elements (to provide context for code generation)
Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information when you access our Service:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Access times and dates
- Pages viewed
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process your change requests and generate code modifications
- Create pull requests in your connected GitHub repositories

AI Processing
We use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyze your annotations and generate code changes. Your annotation data and DOM snapshots are sent to our AI processing service to generate appropriate code modifications. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party services that help us operate our Service (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing, email delivery).
- GitHub: When you submit a change request, we create pull requests in your authorized repositories using GitHub's API.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. This includes:
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit
- Secure storage of authentication tokens

Chrome Extension
Our Chrome extension only activates on domains you have explicitly authorized in your dashboard. The extension:

- Does not access your browsing history
- Only captures page content when you actively create annotations
- Stores authentication tokens locally in your browser's secure storage
Cookies
Our dashboard application uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
